FAQ
General questions
How do I get a quote?
Call (904) 788-0340 or fill out the quote form with your address and what you need cleaned. Most residential quotes come back quickly, and commercial jobs get a site walk and a written quote.
How soon can you get to me?
We run multiple rigs and do not schedule months out. On the Beaches it is usually a matter of days.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need the exterior spigots on and any gates unlocked. We call before we head your way and can send photos when we finish.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and is right for concrete, pavers, and heavy equipment. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution and is what we use on siding, roofs, fences, and screens, where pressure would cause damage.
Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants or pets?
We wet down landscaping before, during, and after the wash and rinse everything thoroughly. Keep pets inside while we work. The yard is fine to use once it has dried.
What hours do you work?
Crews are on the road seven days a week from 6 AM to 6:30 PM. Commercial jobs are often done before open or after close.
How do you take payment?
Cash, check, Zelle, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Commercial accounts can be set up on recurring service.
Do you offer any discounts?
Churches receive 10% off any service. Bundling a house wash with a roof or driveway cleaning in the same visit usually costs less than booking them separately.
House Washing questions
Is soft washing safe for my siding?
Yes. Soft washing uses garden-hose level pressure and lets the cleaning solution do the work, so vinyl, stucco, Hardie board, and painted surfaces are not at risk the way they would be under high pressure.
What do you do about the landscaping next to the house?
We wet down and rinse landscaping before, during, and after the wash. Beds right up against the house are covered when needed.
How often should a beach house be washed?
Most homes within a few miles of the ocean need a wash once a year. Shaded north sides and homes under oaks sometimes need it sooner.
Roof Cleaning questions
Will cleaning hurt my shingles?
No. We never use pressure on a roof. The solution does the work and a light rinse carries the growth off. Pressure washing a shingle roof strips the granules, which is why we do not do it.
Do you walk on the roof?
Only when there is no other way to reach a section. Most roofs are cleaned from the ground and from ladders at the edge.
How long do results last?
About three years on the Beaches. That is why every roof cleaning comes with a three-year guarantee.
How long does a roof cleaning take?
A typical two-story roof, about 2,100 square feet, takes around an hour and a half.
What does the three-year guarantee cover?
If algae comes back within three years of your cleaning date, call us and we re-clean the roof free. It does not cover storm or physical damage, stains that are not algae (rust, soot, industrial fallout, paint), or roofs under excessive shade or heavy, unmanaged leaf and tree debris.
Driveway and Paver Cleaning questions
Can you get oil stains out of concrete?
Most of them. A degreaser pulls out fresh and moderate oil. Very old stains that have soaked deep into the slab lighten a lot but may leave a shadow.
Do you clean pavers without blowing out the sand?
We clean pavers at a lower pressure and a wider fan than concrete so the joint sand stays mostly in place. If the joints are already thin, we re-sand them with polymeric sand at the same visit.
What about rust stains from sprinklers?
Rust needs its own treatment. We carry a rust remover and apply it as a separate step, which is why it helps to mention it when you book.
Fence and Deck Cleaning questions
Can you clean a wood fence without damaging it?
Yes. We use low pressure and a wide fan. High pressure raises the grain and leaves wood fuzzy, so we keep it gentle and let the solution do the work.
Do you clean pool screen enclosures?
We do. The screen, the aluminum frame, and the deck underneath are all part of the job.
Window Cleaning questions
Do you clean the inside of the windows?
No. We clean exterior glass only, for homes and businesses.
Do you clean commercial windows?
Yes. We clean storefronts and office buildings, and we can work before open, after close, or overnight.
Can I book it with a house wash?
Yes. Most homeowners book the windows with a house wash so the whole outside is done in one visit.
Commercial Pressure Washing questions
Can you work when we are closed?
Yes. Crews start at 6 AM, and we work evenings, weekends, and overnight for restaurants, retail, and large lots.
Do you handle recurring service?
We do. We set a standing schedule for your property, weekly, monthly, or quarterly, for lots, sidewalks, and storefronts.
Do you clean parking lots after construction?
Yes. Post-construction lot and sidewalk cleaning is a regular job for us.
Heavy Machinery Cleaning questions
Do you need water on site?
No. Our rigs carry their own water, so we can wash on an active job site or a remote yard.
What equipment do you clean?
Excavators, bulldozers, loaders, dump trucks, trailers, skid steers, and most other construction and industrial equipment.
