Fences, decks, and lanais sit in the shade and stay damp, so they grow algae faster than anything else on the property. A white vinyl fence turns green on the north side within a season. Wood decks go gray and slippery. Pool screens hold pollen and mildew until the whole cage looks dingy.
Vinyl fences
Vinyl is easy to bring back and easy to ruin. We soft wash it: a cleaning solution and a gentle rinse, no pressure. The fence goes back to white and you don’t get the etched swirl marks a pressure wand leaves.
Wood fences and decks
Wood gets the lightest touch we have. Too much pressure raises the grain and leaves the surface fuzzy and gray. We use low pressure, a wide fan tip, and a solution made for wood, then rinse it well. If you plan to stain or seal, start with a clean like this.
Screened lanais and pool cages
We clean the screen, the aluminum frame, and the pool deck underneath in the same visit. We wash the screens from both sides so the pollen and mildew come out instead of getting pushed through.
Patios and outdoor living areas
You can add pavers, concrete, outdoor kitchens, and patio furniture. Tell us what is back there when you book and the crew will bring what it needs. A concrete or paver patio falls under our driveway and paver cleaning.
