Built for big lots
We run multiple rigs, so a large lot or a multi-building property does not have to drag over several days. On open pavement we run a ride-on washer we built ourselves, a mower chassis turned into an industrial surface cleaner, which covers ground faster than a walk-behind and uses less water. Our crews start at 6 AM and work evenings, weekends, and overnight, and our rigs carry their own water, so we don’t need a hookup on site. If your property or the city requires wash water recovery, ask when you request a quote and we will plan for it.
Once or on a schedule
A lot can be cleaned once, before a sale or a grand opening, or kept on a standing schedule: weekly, monthly, quarterly, or whatever traffic calls for. Either way you get photos when the job is done.
